Do you offer refunds?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit on (NON CUSTOM) apparel within 7 days of your tracking number delivery date. The products must be returned in the same (new) condition you received them in. All exchanges must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code.
Perfume is final sale/no exchange

Ms. Oh So Prettae/Oh So Prettae is not responsible for lost packages, replacing your order, or providing a refund once you receive your tracking number. Please contact your local USPS for correspondence and to file a dispute after you have received your tracking number.
